Guaranteed Ride
In the Greater New Haven region, a ride home is offered in the case of an emergency,
such as an ill worker or sick children to riders of the RGC Shuttle.
Guaranteed Ride benefits are available up to two times a year. In Torrington, 24-hour
service is available through a beeper system. The employer initiates the
call to arrange a GRH for the employee.
